Delivery

We aim to deliver our products within 7 days of the order being placed, however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail. The mmembership product is delivered to customers during the first week in every month.

Guarantees

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase (guarantee). The order confirmation e-mail that you receive from our website will serve as the receipt of your purchase. All products supplied come with a 12 month guarantee

Cancellations Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day the product was received or the purchase date (if you change your mind before receiving the product). You must notify us of the cancellation by calling Askstevey on 02837518881- (from Republic of Ireland please pre-fix with 048) and provide the following information. You may wish to contact askstevey by e-mail advising of your wish to cancel at ask@askstevey.com

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Any refund of charges due to you will be processed within 30 days of notification of your cancellation. The refund will be allocated to you using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products returned due to a fault or defect will be replaced within 28 days of receipt of the product by the supplier. If you do not wish to have a replacement product, then the cost of the product will be refunded in full. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a faulty product up to 1 year of receipt of the product.

The following conditions apply:

Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the item, this has been done without damaging the product in any way

Booking Events

Payment will be debited from the account given before order is confirmed with the customer. Once payment has been cleared, the customer will receive a further e-mail confirming the event booking. The customer will also receive, by post a welcome pack with full details in advance of the event.
