Interview with Tim Brown, a very wise man - Pointing out the Potholes

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information you hear concerning your diet? Are you confused over whether you should go organic? Are you wondering if tap water as good as bottled water, is juicing a fad, should you take extra vitamins or is eating a balanced diet perfectly adequate, are supplements really necessary, what’s significance of acid and alkaline and can the foods we eat not only prevent disease but actually heal as well? If so then this interview is the one for you. It’s a real education provided by, as the title says, a very wise man indeed. This wise mans name is Tim Brown, he is an Iridologist and nutritionist and as you will find out by watching this DVD he is an absolute font of knowledge on all things connected to health and nutrition.

Tim’s knowledge comes from first hand experience. He learned about nutrition in order to help himself recover from cancer, arthritis and psoriasis and to help with the side effects from his medication which included an ulcerated stomach and damaged kidneys. Within only 10 days of changing his diet Tim’s health began to rapidly turn around. Tim shares with Steven this experience and he goes on to explore many of the food and drink assumptions and myths that are out there. He advises what we should be including in our diet and what we should be avoiding at all costs. What I like about this interview is that Tim doesn’t just say that a particular food or drink is bad for our bodies but he also explains the science behind his reasoning in very simple, easy to understand language.

This really is a wonderful opportunity for us all to take stock of our own diet and look at what we can do on a very practical level to ensure that we create balance in our bodies and prevent future ill health or dis-ease. That information I am sure you will agree is priceless.

As for me, I’m off right now to my local Co-op for some carrots, celery and apples…

Your Choice - Simply the Best!

As I was listening to this month’s Stevey Chat I was contemplating how best to write a synopsis and I realised that at the beginning of the CD Steven actually provides the perfect summary himself as to why it’s a definite must to listen in this month. So I’ll hand you over to Steven...

That should certainly wet your appetite! If you are wondering how he is going to do all that, it’s quite simple really, it’s all about the extremely powerful Triad. For those of you already familiar with The Triad you will still get a lot from what Steven says as it will reinforce what you already know, will remind you what you know you should be doing and are not doing and you may also pick up on something new, or see a particular aspect from a new angle prompting you to take a different course of action than you are currently taking. For those of you not familiar with the Triad you are in for a real treat and you will be amazed at its power. Briefly speaking The Triad is all about our physiology, our focus/ beliefs and our language. I’ll leave it to Steven to explain further so please do listen in, and as Steven encourages, listen to the CD every day this month.
